I cannot recommend Justine enough!
My nursing journey was far from easy. I attended two different nursing programs and even had to restart one after failing the comprehensive exam at the end of the program. After years of hard work and determination, I finally graduated in September 2024. However, passing the NCLEX became my next challenge. I took the exam four times and, despite working with multiple tutors, I still struggled with test-taking strategies and understanding how to approach NCLEX-style questions.
Finding Justine completely changed everything for me.
Justine didn’t just teach content—she taught me how to think through NCLEX questions correctly. She helped me develop critical test-taking strategies, break down questions, identify what the exam was truly asking, and approach each question with confidence. Her teaching style made difficult concepts easier to understand and helped strengthen my overall critical thinking skills.
One of the most valuable resources was her Nugget Book, which I honestly consider the NCLEX Bible. It breaks down each topic into exactly what you need to know without overwhelming you with unnecessary information. It became one of my most-used study tools and was an incredible review resource throughout my preparation.
As an Illinois test-taker, I also needed to complete a remediation course after multiple NCLEX attempts. Justine was able to help me fulfill this requirement through her approved course, and her guidance throughout that process was invaluable.
After working with several tutors over the years, I can confidently say that none of them helped me the way Justine did. She truly cares about her students, understands the NCLEX, and knows how to help struggling test-takers succeed.
Thanks to Justine’s guidance, support, and proven strategies, I finally passed my NCLEX. I am forever grateful for everything she did to help me achieve my dream of becoming a nurse.
Justine has been a life saver and I will forever thank her for all of her help. I am a 3x NCLEX taker. Yes 3 times!! I failed back in 2020 with the old NCLEX months after I graduated from nursing school and having my first baby. Being an army wife in a rural area, we had a hard time finding child care for our daughter and failing the NCLEX really crushed my confidence. I even took it as far as this was a sign that I was not meant to be a nurse. Fast forward 6 years, after moving states, having 2 more babies, and my son passing away, I decided to give nursing another chance by the grace of God. Unfortunately, I failed the second time after using Bootcamp for a solid month. But this time, I didn't give up. Instead, I knew I needed to change my strategy. I had ordered Justine's Nugget book to study alongside Bootcamp and remembered that she offered private tutoring. I started looking into her and another tutor on a few Reddit forums. Ultimately, I decided to schedule a consult with Justine. We started our first session at the end of January of 2026. And I passed my boards in April of 2026. Justine was incredibly helpful, thorough, organized, and most importantly patient with me during each session. She guided me through the schedule she put together for me to be able to take my test the month I needed to for my dream job. And she kept me accountable during my studies. I genuinely don't think you can find a better tutor than Justine Buick. You can tell she cares deeply about her students and has a passion for teaching because the way she teaches and shows you things made things click session after session. Her test taking strategies are gold and that's all I could hear during the test - her voice repeating what to look for in a question! She is an amazing person and tutor and I highly recommend her! Her tutoring sessions have been the best investment and I am SO thankful for her!
I was referred to Justine from a family member, who had used her services to also pass the NCLEX. I can not speak highly enough of Justine, She was able to create a personalized study plan to help me strengthen some of more weaker topics while covering strategies to help me when I was struggling with the content. The material was fantastic and I highly recommend Justine to everyone struggling with strategies for the NCLEX.
I came across Justine's tutoring website as a last ditch effort to passing the ND PN NCLEX after 3 failed attempts and 5 years had passed since completing the Nursing Program. Justine and I clicked right away and developed a realistic study plan. She believed in my efforts when I wasn't as convinced which led me to success on the 4th attempt. I can't thank you enough!
